**The position**

We seek a full-time Guest Services Agent/ Front of House Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will ensure every detail of there stay exceeds our guest expectations.

**Qualifications & experience**
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a guest service agent role within a luxury hotel environment
- A natural talent for conversation and connection
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- You have a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated focus and passion for creating exceptional guest experience’s
- Proficiency in hotel booking systems with prior knowledge of RMS an advantage
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: $25.00 - $37.01 per hour
