As one of the leading educational institutions in Brisbane, this organisation seeks and experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support one of their senior leaders.

As an organisation they are about ot embark on a new era and with their leadership team and structure it will bring about a strong period of growth and positive change to their community

Supporting the Finance Manager as well as interacting with the CEO and HR Director, this role will add value by providing integral secretarial support across multiple areas of the business.

Your leader has been with the organisation for a number of years, is a great people manager and has clear communication around expectations.

**Your Role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will involve:

- Provide executive support to the Finance Manager
- Proposal and report preparation for key stakeholders including advisory councils and foundations
- Diary Management
- Financial report preparation
- Travel arrangements
- Systems and process improvement
- Provide administration support in creation to risk management and compliance
- General administration support

**Your Profile**

You will have a professional demeanor with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will have experience supporting a Finance Manager or at the C-Suite level previously.

You will have a natural ability to interpret data and have advanced MS Excel, Point and MS Office skills. You will enjoy building strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders and work well in a pressurised environment at times.

You will have high attention to detail as well as the ability to pick up different technology systems quickly.

Successful applicants will be required to under go a police check as well as obtain a blue card.
