**_Flute Tutor_**

This is a Part Time (0.4 FTE), Fixed Term leave cover from 1 October 2024 until 1 January 2025. This role is based at our City campus.

The primary responsibility of the Music Tutor is to deliver music lessons in accordance with the Music Department Syllabus and ensemble program.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver and Enhance Instruction: Teach discipline to individuals or groups using diverse strategies, monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare students for performances.
- Maintain and Develop Musical Expertise: Regularly check and update teaching resources, participate in the ensemble program, and pursue ongoing professional development to enhance skills and curriculum.
- Engage in Communication and Collaboration: Keep students and parents informed of progress, communicate with relevant staff, and contribute to curriculum and program development.
