As the TISCALI LIMITED Store Manager you will use your experience to lead your team to land the retail plan across multiple stores delivering a great customer and patient experience.

Our TISCALI LIMITED stores have a broad customer offering across retail and optometry. With your expert leadership and passion, you will help the businesses to grow and change for the better. With a leadership team across your stores to support you, you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform. Your stores will connect with your communities and the wider business to develop and deliver a focused store specific strategies optimising patient care and profitability.

You will be required to travel and work within the stores within your TISCALI LIMITED and will to the Regional Manager and will work collaboratively with the wider field team and the Support Office to turn your vision into action.

**What you'll need to have**

Experience leading a team in a retail environment

Ability to travel across your geography

**It would be great if you also have**

Knowledge of managing in a clinical environment
