We are seeking a reliable and motivated **Casual Internal/External Blind Manufacturing/Factory Hand** to join our team. This casual role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to be an important part of our production team.

**Blind industry experience preferred**, but not essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with manufacturing tasks, including assembly, machine operation, and quality control.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment when required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Blind industry experience highly regarded.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility with working hours depending on business needs.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items if needed.

Pay: $21.76 - $32.46 per hour
