**About the role**:
We have a role available for a Photographer to join our amazing Glue Store brand. Reporting to the Content Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the visual production image needs for Glue across e-commerce, marketing, social and PR.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Shooting e-commerce product imagery across apparel, footwear and accessories, including flat lay, on body and 360° spin for footwear
- Shooting social media content
- Shooting look book imagery
- Managing lighting set up requirements, understanding that this may vary between brands
- Assisting the Content Manager on shoots when required
- Travel & scout for location shoots when required
- Managing the file production workflow from RAW to web-ready (including any retouch requirements) and understanding that needs may vary between business units
- Liaising with off-shore or external teams for post-production or any other needs
- Managing the file transfer needs for the studio, including liaising with internal or external stakeholders as required
- Performing any re-touch or post-production required, including background clean-up, skin blemish removal and garment correcting
- Maintenance of studio equipment, including paper rolls and cyclorama
- Suggesting enhancements and creative options to continue progressing the visual language between businesses
- Managing the security and functionality of all photographic equipment and technology within the studio

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- 2-4 years demonstrated experience in a similar position or freelance photographer or photographer’s assistant
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom or other image and video postproduction software is essential
- Bonus points for videography and video editing
- Advanced level photography, lighting, composition skills with excellent attention to detail, project and time management skills
- Bachelors degree in Photography is preferred but not essential
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Hands on and able to handle large volumes of work to tight deadlines
