We have two fantastic opportunities here in our Michael Hill Support Centre for a keen, tech-savvy individuals to work within our IT Service Desk environment supporting SAAS delivery as a **Service Desk Associate**. These are highly varied roles, across multiple technologies, with unlimited scope to advance your technical knowledge and career
These are Casual opportunities working up to 38 hours across 3-5 days per week depending on business requirements; a wonderful role to immerse yourself in our IT department, joining a supportive and knowledgeable team.
**_ About the Opportunity_**
- Provide excellent customer care to our customers - this can be any of our support centre professionals or employees in any of our 280 stores.
- Be the first point of contact for all Michael Hill employees seeking SAAS assistance over the phone and via a Fresh Desk Ticketing Environment.
- Talking customers through problem-solving processes and escalating issues where required.
- To some degree also provide a level of technical support by remote trouble shooting by using diagnostic techniques and asking pertinent questions.

- Agile/Adaptable - able to quickly adapt new processes and changes in IT systems.

- Available for a 3-5 day roster with ability to work one weekend day
**_Qualifications/Requirements_**
- Currently enrolled in IT Degree, preferably at QUT
- Previous experience in a customer service-based role
- IT Service Delivery exposure
- Experience supporting hardware with Windows and MAC Operating Systems (preferred)
- ITIL foundation certified (preferred)
