Sheet Metal Operator

**Rollco **is a member of the largest privately-owned steel distributor in Australia. We are a Steel Processing company specialising in cold roll bending and pressing of sectional and plate steel and have been servicing the steel industry since 1981. Our purpose-built factory houses some of the largest machinery in the country, where we produce quality-shaped steel in sectional, plate, and sheet material.

We are currently looking for an experienced **Sheet Metal/Machine Operator** to join our team in Revesby.

Your main objective will be to operate our machines to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity with minimum wastage in time, materials, and consumables. roll bending and pressing of sectional and plate steel.

**Essential skills/experience for this position are**:

- Previous experience as an operator, bending and pressing sectional and plate steel.
- Preferably have knowledge of operating overhead traveling cranes.
- Setting up of machines.
- Able to read and interpret basic drawings/specifications.
- Have good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- A genuine commitment to safety
