**About the Role**
As our Office Junior, you’ll play an important part in the smooth running of our office by providing general administrative support and being the first point of contact for clients, families, and service providers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet visitors and assist with general enquiries
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other day-to-day office tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold our organisation’s values of care, respect, and integrity

**About You**:

- Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed

Pay: $26.30 - $32.88 per hour
