**Your background, skills and experience should include**:

- 7+ years experience in Civil / Rail Drafting using CAD 2D/3D
- Advanced level Microstation and /or AutoCAD Skills
- Extensive experience in setting up and customising Microstation and / or AutoCAD environments
- 2+ years in a Senior / Lead Drafter position
- Have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent time management skills, highly motivated and able to work well under pressure
- Familiarity with VicRoads & PTV CAD standards
- Experience in working in a ISO19650 compliant Projectwise Environment
- Proven experience in Co-ordination/Management of Multi-discipline Project drawing delivery
- High level communication skills - both written and spoken
