**About the Role**

Refined Care is seeking a reliable and professional male Support Worker to join our team in Castlemaine. This position is for male staff only, based on participant preference. The role requires someone who can provide consistent support, maintain strong professional boundaries, and is not easily influenced, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for the participant.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support in line with individual care requirements.
- Follow structured routines and instructions carefully.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the home environment.
- Carry out tasks calmly and consistently, without rushing.
- Stay until the scheduled finish time (leaving early is not permitted).
- Communicate respectfully and check preferences with the participant when unsure.

**Key Requirements**
- Male Support Worker (requirement based on participant preference).
- Professional, reliable, and not easily influenced in the role.
- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role is highly regarded.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a consistent standard of care.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
- Flexibility to work shifts in Castlemaine.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.15 - $44.85 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 26 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Police Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
