We have an exciting opportunity for a** Store Manager to join our Melbourne Myer Concession, **who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the sass & bide brand
Leading your team, you will be responsible for end to end store operations, with your responsibilities including customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, rostering and reporting.
**You will have**:
- Experience as a Manager in fashion retail or 2 years consistent retail experience and are looking for the next step in your career
- Excellent customer service skills and previous track record in exceeding store budgets/KPI's
- Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skill
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base
- An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others
- A huge passion for fashion - you already know and wear the latest trends without us having to tell you, you follow fashion trends on social media and are able to relate to our fashion-conscious customers with ease
- Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a team
- Recruitment and training skills
- Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador
