**The Company**

Our client is a premium menswear retailer, Australian owned and family run, committed to providing timeless style, high quality, and genuine value. They are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Assistant Store Manager for their West Beach boutique to lead an established team

**The Role**
- Motivate, inspire, and empower your team of 6 to drive sales whilst ensuring day to day operations are functioning at maximum efficiency
- Monitor team performance and KPI’s and implement change
- Build strong client relationships through top-tier service and styling
- Prioritise effectively between clients, staff, and operations

**About you**
- A high energy, highly motivated individual that can demonstrate understanding and patience with a range of customer types and connect with a growing market
- Retail management experience within the fashion industry
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage a team of diverse ages and backgrounds with both empathy and assertiveness
- Looking for a long term position within a supportive, structured business to develop and grow

**The Benefits**
- $60,000 salary + Super
- Monthly Bonuses

- Full time role with a Sunday - Thursday roster
