- Age 19 to 32
- Lives in Blacktown, Parramatta, Ryde or surrounding suburbs
- Currently studying Sports Science or other health related Uni degrees
- Sports Coach Work Experience
- Children or Disability Support Work Experience
- Holding P2 or Full License WITH own vehicle

**Minimum Required Available Days and Hours**:

- 3 x weekdays (between 2.45pm and 5.45pm)
- Saturday (between 9am and 1pm)

**Potential Working Hours**:

- Weekday Kids' Program (3hrs each session, between 2.45pm-5.45pm)
- Saturday Teen's Program (4hrs, 9am-1pm)
- Mon-Sat Adults' Program (3-6hrs, between 8.30am-4pm).

**Potential Roles**:

- (**Primary**) Running the Physical Activity Program and assisting participants to follow the instructions (Including pick-up and drop-off before and after each program).
- (**Primary**) Providing transport services to assist participants going to and from the therapy sessions, classes, or exploring the community.
- (**Secondary - every 3 months**) Overnight Hotel Stay with the participants.
- (**Secondary**) Assisting participants to learn independent skills

**About Kids & Adults Programs**:
Basic to intermediate level of exercises and sports either in a Group Setting or Individual Program (e.g. swimming, bike riding, archery, tennis, soccer, bowling, basketball, baseball, throwing and catching balls).

**About Individual Support**:
Assisting/Transporting participants to be able to access the community and classes to complete their daily schedule.

Training participants to become independent. (e.g. English Tutoring, Getting Ready, Household Tasks, Travel Training).

**About your Roles. You MUST be able to**:

- Provide Person-Centred and Individual Support
- Self-Motivator: responsible and reliable individual
- Fully focus on the participants at all times
- Motivate and encourage participants to exercise
- Before and after each session, communicate with the parents/carer to discuss the progress
- Teach participants to learn basic skills in various exercise and sports
- Keep a happy and friendly environment
- Respect all other mentors and participants
- Notice and prevent any potential hazards
- Provide transport (pick-up and drop-off students) using your own vehicle
- Always follow the company policies, systems and procedures

**Required skills / Personality**:

- Great communication skills WITH confidence
- Enthusiastic, Self-motivated, and High-standard in providing supports
- WILLINGNESS TO ASSIST PARTICIPANTS WITH SWIMMING
- Experience in various sports, children, and maybe people with special needs
- Excellent Time Management (lateness is unacceptable)
- Responsible and Reliable
- Trustworthy and Honest
- Caring with empathy
- Positive to follow company policies, systems and procedures
- Team Player and Eager to learn
- Have own vehicle and driver’s license (P2 or Full)
- Ability to lead the participants with authority and encouragement
- Ability to notice and react quickly to safety hazards

**Desired experience**:

- Swimming or Swimming Instructor
- Sports Coach
- Experience with minors, e.g. children and/or people with special needs
- Leadership
- Teamwork

- Full working rights in Australia

**Wages**:

- Between $28 and $32 (Including superannuation 10.5%)
- Saturday Loading: 35%
- Sunday Loading: 50%
- Public Holiday Loading 100%

**Locations** (Applicant MUST be able to drive to ALL Sydney Regions):

- Sydney Olympic Park, Blacktown, Epping, Auburn, Ryde and surrounding are
