**About the Role**:
As an Educator you will be creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments as well as maintain excellent relationships with families, children and other team members. You will be required to record children’s progress, routines and interests as well as ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices.

Sparrow Early Learning is proud to have been a part of the Brighton community for more than 20 years.. We provide high quality programs that focus on the children’s interests and abilities. We are located in a quite street in Brighton. Our buildings have been re-purposed from an old Community church and cottage style house into a centre that is warm, nurturing and rich in learning experiences.

**What you’ll need**:

- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards,
- Current & Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
