**Carco** have an exciting career opportunity for two (2) experienced** Automotive Deal Processor/ Licensing Clerks **to join our vibrant collaborative team. Carco is part of the expanding Midland City Hub consisting of dealerships for multiple brands. We even have our own Café

As a Deal Processor your main focus is to maintain and process all administration for all our vehicles at Carco. This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers and manufacturers.

**ROLE**
- Deal Processing for Vehicles
- Support Vehicle Stock Control and preparation of deliveries
- Vehicle licensing and Deal Costings
- Archive and File Paperwork
- Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties

**YOU**
- Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
- Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
- A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communications skills orally & written
- Self-motivated and task driven.
- Demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour.
- Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible.
- ** Previous Admin Experience in a Dealership Environment is Essential**
