We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven Warranty Administrator to join our high-performing team in our state-of-the-art dealership. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be your next big move
What you will be doing
- Submitting and managing warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Costing repair orders and liaising with management
- Handling prior approvals and parts returns
- Reconciling claims and reporting on variances
- Keeping warranty processes tight, efficient, and compliant

What You’ll Bring
- Admin experience in a similar environment (automotive/trucking a bonus)
- Sharp attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy with solid computer literacy
- Calm under pressure and deadline-ready
