The role:
We are seeking Disability Support Workers to provide person centered support for an individual requiring 1:1 support living in their family home. We are looking for applicants who are available for day and evening shifts and have experience providing support for clients with Acquired Brain Injuries or have experience working with high and complex care clients and / or behaviour management.

**Duties**:

- Day time and evening shift opportunities, 7 days per week
- Manual Handling
- Personal Care
- Medication Administration
- Community Engagement and Social Support
- Domestic Assistance
- Allied Health led therapy program

About you:

- Must be available for AM shifts 0800 to 1430 and PM shifts 1600 to 2130 Monday through to Sunday
- Current Certificate III or equivalent is essential
- Current DCSI (DSES) or NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certification
- Must have unrestricted SA Driver's License
- Must be compliant with South Australian Government current Covid-19 to vaccination policies
