**Responsibilities**:

- Perform asphalt installation and maintenance tasks with precision.
- Prepare and maintain the worksite for asphalt projects, including grading and compaction.
- Operate various asphalt-related tools and equipment.
- Ensure that asphalt projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Asphalt Worker.
- Knowledge of asphalt materials, techniques, and equipment.
- Ability to operate asphalt paving machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Safety-conscious attitude.

**Job Types**: Casual, Subcontract, Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $58,551.33 - $152,617.79 per year
