As former Australian Defence Force veterans and a husband-and-wife team, we are dedicated to being supportive managers and providing you with all the necessary tools to excel in your role. **Hiring Process**:
After the phone interview and reference checks, we would like to invite you for a trial cleaning session, which will be unpaid and last no longer than 3 hours. If we are satisfied with your performance, we will offer you the job and proceed with your training and employment. You will be provided with cleaning equipment and uniforms. Before you begin working with Pure Cleaning Group, you must provide us with a current national police clearance.

**What your day looks like**:
We limit our daily appointments to just two, allowing you to prioritise delivering top-notch cleaning services while still having ample time for travel and meals. Typically, you will be scheduled for a morning and an afternoon appointment, each lasting approximately 3-4 hours. Utilizing a cleaning checklist on ServiceM8, a program accessible via your mobile device, you can view your schedule, navigate to jobs, and communicate with the team. During most appointments, you will work independently. However, for larger tasks such as spring cleaning or end-of-lease/bond cleaning, you will collaborate with a team of two or more.

**Remuneration**:
Casual

$31.50/hour

Casual 1 year+

$32.40/hour

**Bonuses**:
$50 added to your fortnightly pay for every 5-star Google or Facebook review you receive from verified clients.

**Training**:
Online training course and one week of assisted training from our field supervisor before cleaning on your own.

**Eligible applicants must have the following**:
Reliable vehicle

Valid Victorian driver's license

Current police clearance

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.50 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
