The Western Health Foundation is seeking a positive, driven, relationship-oriented individual to join the team that fundraises to make a difference for the patients and community of Western Health. The Foundation is in a period of rapid growth and this is an opportunity to engage with and collaborate with the community of the West to fundraise and deliver key projects. You will be working with our diverse community and community groups such as cultural groups, faith-based groups, schools, sports clubs, local businesses and other individuals and groups to generate support and fundraising for the Western Health Foundation. Outcomes will include growing the number of community groups and sectors supporting WHF, building a strong internal network of fundraisers and ambassadors, engaging with our volunteer, op shop and auxiliary groups and growing awareness of WHF including landmark events such as WalkWest - our annual walking fundraiser.

**To be Successful in this Role you will have**
- Great relationship-building skills with diverse populations, organisation and individuals
- The ability to get projects and events planned and delivered successful
- A passion to improve the health of our community in the Western Health
- Strong and compelling communication skills
- Fundraising experience is ideal but secondary to the above requirements
