Wave Learning is a family-owned and operated RTO, specialising in First Aid, Child Protection and Children’s Services training for over twenty years.

Due to high demand for our training, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as **First Aid Trainers**.

We offer nationally accredited classes both publicly, or on location, and as a Trainer with us, this role will see you delivering life-saving education to our valued clients across Sydney and surrounding areas.

We're looking for First Aid trainers to run courses all across Sydney.

Currently, we are offering contract positions only. Hours are flexible; however Saturdays are essential.
We are committed to helping you maintain a good balance between your work and personal life.

This role would be perfectly suited to someone with a paramedicine, nursing or training background

**Responsibilities**:

- Present high-quality First Aid training to class participants
- Provide exceptional customer experience and engaging training
- Sharing your knowledge and skills in your area of expertise
- Adopting innovative learning strategies to enable students to achieve the relevant qualification

**Requirements**:

- TAE40116 Cert IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent), or currently working towards
- Experience in delivering training and assessment
- Comfortable in front of a group and able to present in a confident manner.
- Able to communicate course material in a clear, concise & engaging manner
- Able to work independently
- Must be flexible with availability and travel to locations around Sydney
- Hold or willing to get an ABN for invoicing
- Own a reliable vehicle and driver's license
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Able to start immediately
