**Capral Aluminium**, Australia’s largest extruder and distributor of aluminium, is experiencing increased demand and has multiple vacancies for motivated and experienced Powder Coater/Warehouse Operator to join our experienced & dedicated team. - Training to be held on day shift before transfer to afternoon shift

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring customer service standards are met
- Operating the powder coating equipment
- Maintaining quality assurance standards
- Performing regular maintenance on machinery

**To be considered for this position we prefer the below**:

- Experience as a Powder Coater or similar
- Technical skills & understanding of powder coating equipment
- Be able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have a willingness to learn
- Demonstrate pride & ownership in your work
- Have good communication skills
- Meet all safety requirements related to the work environment and the role.
