- Effectively run front of house operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage ordering and stocktaking
- Supervise staff members and create rosters
- Provide staff training to new and existing staff as required
- Understand, implement, adhere to and promote company policies and procedures
- Nurture genuine relationships with customers and employees to increase brand loyalty

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Prior experience in hospitality management essential
- Barista experience / RSA essential
- Previous experience in training staff members
- Previous experience organising and booking functions highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and food safety procedures
