**The Role**

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our growing team in Castle Hill.

As a Bartender, you will work directly with a diverse group of customers by mixing and serving drink orders. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of modern and classic alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

**Your key duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Create a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Stay guest focused and nurture a pleasant guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Ensure the bar area is kept clean at all times and that cups/utensils are clean before use
- Replenish stock and maintain the organisation of the bar area
- Operate a coffee machine and brew various types of coffee
- Support with takeaway orders
- Help out other staff members as needed during shift

**Who are you?**

Skillset and experience:

- A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of drink-mixing, garnishing and serving skills
- RSA Certification
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Coffee art techniques would be an advantage (but not essential)
- Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean
- Proven abilities in time management and customer service
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
