Reporting to the Program Director L400-2, the **Program Manager L400-2, Turreted Variants** is responsible for Program Management of each of the turreted vehicle variants through to System Acceptance Audit. Where turreted variants are delivered by Rheinmetall Defence Australia (RDA) this scope is delivered via Project Managers as direct reports.

The **Program Manager L400-2 - Turreted Variants** ensures all deliverables are planned and delivered on schedule and to the requisite standard; inclusive of Mandated System Reviews, Data Items and respective hardware.
- As
- **Program Manager L400-2 - Turreted Variants**, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

- Develop and update the Contract Master Schedule in accordance with the AUSDEFCON Complex contracting model for all Turreted Variants deliverables. The CMS shall define how RDA, Rheinmetall Entities and Sub-Contractors shall deliver the Land 400-2 Program;
- Manage Rheinmetall Entity and Sub-Contractor contracts to effect delivery of the Turreted Variants;
- Manage and execute the RDA Turreted Variants scope of delivery through direct management of a number of RDA Project Managers;
- Establish, maintain and manage Turreted Variants Risks and Issues to effect delivery of the Non Turreted Variants on time and to the requisite standard;
- Review, monitor and report the project performance to ensure the project is being progressed in accordance with the Contract Master Schedule and the Statement of Work. This includes all planned work, contracted change and corrective actions (warranty, V&V Failures etc.);
- Oversight of all Turreted Variants Mandated System Reviews to ensure all deliverables are to the requisite standard and timing;
- Ensure team resources are correctly applied and used efficiently;
- Manage and coordinate the interface between the Entities and the Rheinmetall IPT;
- Liaise with the Commonwealth of Australia and other stakeholders such as approved subcontractors or suppliers as required;
- May be required to lead development of scope changes, through to bid, negotiation and CCP implementation;
- Present to stakeholders reports on the progress as well as challenges and remediation plans when necessary; and
- Support the development of Technology Transfer Plans within the Rheinmetall entities.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline;
- Formal certifications in Project Management (Prince2, PMP or CPMP);
- Substantial experience in Project/Program Management, preferably within the Defence Industry;
- Experience in managing projects and project resources including subcontractors and multiple service providers using PM methodologies;
- Operational knowledge and capability of the Microsoft Office Professional; and
- Must currently hold or be eligible to gain the NV1 Australian Security Clearance.
