Sydney based maintenance company branching out into the QLD region requires an experienced Carpenter / Handyman to carry out daily work order requests for numerous clients for construction and building maintenance.

We are looking for organised people that work well within a team environment with the following skills:

- strong base knowledge across the building trade
- painting
- plaster repairs
- carpentry
- roofing repairs and leaks
- internal and external door repairs and hanging
- floor and wall tiling and wet area sealing
- fencing repairs and gate installation and repairs
- rubbish removal, basic landscaping
- be highly skilled and have attention to detail
- have high quality standard and pride in work
- be reliable and work unsupervised
- hands-on in all aspects of building and maintenance
- be a problem solver and commits to getting the job done
- have own transport and tools of the trade preferred.

**We are also requiring someone who is open to the possibilities of relocating interstate in the future**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Property maintenance: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

- Night Shift (required)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
