**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Add significant value to the client’s life by supporting with duties including Personal Care, Domestic Support, Socialisation and Companionship.

Our client is a gentleman who loves to continue living in the comfort of his own home, has a pet dog. He needs assistance with personal care, bowel maintenance, use of ceiling hoists for support.
- Starting in mid Jan
- Location: Torquay
- Shifts: MON-SUN, 8 Hrs/day ,between 8.00am
- 8.00pm

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Compassionate, patient, well spoken
- Ability to follow directions and care briefs
- Shows initiative
- Ability to build authentic genuine working relationships
- Punctual, professional and committed
- Experience with Ileostomy care / bowel supps

**Requirements**:

- A current driver’s licence and a reliable roadworthy vehicle is essential.
- Experience with high care clients and dementia is essential.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / HACC / Disability / Individual Support.
- Previous work experience in Aged Care, Disability, Home & Community Care, Nursing OR lived experience caring for a friend or loved one.
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR certificates
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain**:

- Applicants with multilingual proficiency encouraged to apply.
