**About the role**

As a vital member of our dynamic Early Childhood Team, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the educational, social, and emotional growth of children (0-8) and their families. From captivating play programs to specialised groups and transformative parenting sessions, you will be at the forefront of fostering unforgettable experiences that shape futures

**Duties**
- Promote positive parent/child relationships through role modeling, education, and practical support.
- Assist in incorporating child development interventions in group settings.
- Contribute to the development, evaluation, and implementation of intervention programs and services.
- Utilize a strengths-based perspective to address families' identified needs and enhance family living skills.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or similar field
- Understanding of Early Childhood Curricula, learning frameworks and childhood development
- A commitment to play based approaches to improve the long-term outcomes for children
- Experience in working with and supporting vulnerable families to realise positive change
- Understanding of child protection issues and the ability to escalate concerns appropriately
- Great people skills and the ability to create strong working relationships with people from all walks of life
