At **HDT Lifestyle Pty Ltd**, we’re a proudly Aussie owned retailer providing quality **workwear, surf and camping gear** to tradies, businesses and locals who value great service and reliable products. We’re a growing team that values teamwork, honesty and a strong work ethic — and we’re looking for a motivated **Sales Assistant** to join us.

**About the Role**:
If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and team to deliver great customer experiences and keep the store running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, provide helpful product advice and process sales.
- Assist with quotes, special orders and general customer inquiries.
- Maintain stock levels, unpack deliveries and ensure the store looks great.
- Operate the POS system accurately and assist with admin tasks such as orders and warranty claims.
- Work as part of a supportive team to achieve store goals and create a positive atmosphere.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience (workwear, camping or surf retail a bonus)
- Hands-on, proactive and willing to learn
- Strong communication and computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft 360)
- Reliable, flexible and a great team player

Pay: $24.95 - $39.59 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
