**Assistant Manager - Central Café**

Conveniently located adjacent to the main gaming floor, Central Café is a fast-paced food and beverage bistro style venue, trading 7 days a week. Here our guests enjoy morning tea, late night supper and everything in between, with a rather extensive menu to cater to everyone's taste We are now looking for a passionate hospitality professional to dive into this amazing opportunity as our Assistant Manager.

**What does the role look like?**

As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the team and assist in the daily business operations, leading from the front to develop and nurture your team to promote exceptional service delivery, ensuring complete guest satisfaction, in turn, maximising value and financial returns for the business. You will also be responsible for staff rostering, overseeing recruitment, performance management and cost control.

**What you will look like?**

You will have passion for the hospitality industry and customer service and thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will possess extensive product knowledge and have prior leadership experience in a busy cafe or restaurant, either locally, interstate or overseas. A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences is crucial. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, is required, with some flexibility needed for event days.
