**The role -**

Looking to use your experience across many facets of workers compensation?
- Due to the retirement of a long-standing employee, an exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and proactive Specialist.
- You will work across three particular areas of operation
1/ Technical Manager type work, providing advice, coaching and mentoring
- 2/ Dispute Resolution attending conciliation matters
- 3/ Impairment Benefits managing a small portfolio
- 4/ Arbitration related matters
- Do not worry if you are not an accomplished expert in all 4 spaces. The client is willing to train you in any shortfalls.**About you -**
- Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in Victorian Workers Compensation legislation
- Significant experience in stakeholder management
- Experience in negotiating Accident Compensation Conciliation matters, desirable
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet agreed deadlines
