Estar de pie, sentarse o caminar durante períodos prolongados o durante el turno de trabajo completo. Leer y verificar visualmente información en varios formatos (por ejemplo, las letras menudas). Agarrar, dar vuelta y manipular objetos de varios tamaños y pesos, lo que requiere habilidades motrices finas y buena coordinación entre las manos y los ojos. Alcanzar por encima de la cabeza y debajo de la rodillas, incluso agacharse, girar la cintura, arrastrar e inclinarse. Moverse por superficies inclinadas, desníveladas o resbalosas y escalinatas.
