An opportunity is now available to join a professional and friendly team in the Northern Suburbs of Sydney. This professional and specialised forwarder has a flexible business approach which can adapt easily in this fast paced market. This role is located within their International Operations team. It will be a start-finish role overlooking Import / Export Ocean Freight functions for the business.

We are sourcing an individual who has experience or knowledge in international freight operations, who lives locally and has unlimited working rights.

The specific requirements and responsibilities of this role include:

- Providing customer service excellence to their loyal client base
- Management of the operational process
- Utilise their and update their internal software system
- Ensuring clients are invoiced correctly and ontime
- Provide assistance with quotations
- Work closely with the team and provide support as required
- You will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Salary Range dependant on previous experience
