**Full time or part time role - Content Marketer**
**What will you do?**
Real estate agents are in the business of listing properties for sale and for rent, in this role you’ll be pivotal in ensuring that all of our marketing positions us as the leading local agency and ensures we have constant visibility in the community. Our systems for promoting our properties for sale and moving our stock from ‘for sale’ to ‘sold’ are sound and well catered for, in this role your focus will be on all the work that happens to generate stock (win listings). This will include strategizing, planning and running campaigns (print + digital), posting and engaging on social media, creating content for social media/website and publications which would include writing, photography and video.
You’d also play the role of art-worker with existing marketing materials to update them as required and assist in the updating and management of the OBrien Real Estate Clark website. As an all-rounder you’ll need to have initiative to recognise and deliver on an opportunity, you’ll also be encouraged to up-skill on a regular basis.
This role consists of many layers which are outlined in detail below, you must be driven and hold good time management skills to ensure all areas are being met.
**Who is OBrien Real Estate Clark?**
If you’re interested in joining our family it’s important that we get to know each other, allow us to go first:
OBrien Real Estate Clark is a family owned and operated business and as such we take recruitment into our family very seriously. As a real estate agency, we’re in the business of helping our clients buy, sell and lease properties, the vehicle for this is through building and maintaining our personal networks and the method is through honesty, integrity and always doing what’s right for our client. To us these traits are invaluable and as such, non-negotiables.
**What’s important to our business?**
Our business is built on five values and beliefs, we enact these every day and the same would be expected of you:
**Family **Our colleagues are our broader family, assist when needed and when in need.
**Mutuality **Respect our colleagues and our clients as you would like to be respected.
**Realising potential **Unlock your full potential, encourage and support your colleagues.
**Embrace change **Strive for excellence; be open-minded and willing to embrace change.
**Health and Energy **Work towards being well balanced within yourself.
In short, we recognise that we’re a well-connected part of a small community and we work together to do our best and give our best whilst always trying to find ways to do it better.
**What Role Will You Play In Helping Us?**
**Campaign Development**
From our marketing pillars document, it is evident that at particular times in the year we have certain angles that we can leverage from a marketing perspective. In this role you’ll play an integral role in the development of a campaign calendar and all the associated materials. This will set the narrative for all marketing including the verbal narrative from agent to vendor. In this role you’ll get the opportunity to be creative, strategic, experimental as well as design, implement, research and analyse outcomes. These campaigns could be ran across a range of platforms such as print, digital, events etc.
**Social Media Strategy**
Working with our existing branding and marketing pillars you’ll deliver the development of and continual refinement of our social media strategy. This will include understanding who we’re trying to attract and structuring a posting schedule accordingly. We’ll be looking for opportunities to continually improve our social media presence through the use of analytics to ensure our content is reaching our audience so you’ll be expected to keep in line with online trends and best practices. In assisting with the strategy, you’ll also have input into social media spend budgets.
**Social Media Support**
As an expert in social media you’ll be responsible for creating profiles for staff and working with them to ensure they have a consistent and relevant posting schedule. You’ll monitor their posting, provide marketing materials and support individuals where needed.
**Social Media Administration**
The next step from creating a strategy is the implementation of it. Currently we’re using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business. In this role you’ll be responsible for creating and scheduling posts in advance in accordance with the marketing calendar to be reviewing by management (initially) and then following up with any comments/questions or queries that come from those posts.
In administering social media, you’ll also dedicate time each day to ensure as a business we’re ‘socialising’ on social media, so keeping our finger on the pulse on what’s happening in the community and staying in the conversation.
