**About the Role**:
As an Educational Leader you will work with and support our team of passionate Educators. You will model creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead the team to create a positive and fun working space In this role you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators. You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children and team members.

At Sparrow Early Learning Currimundi, we believe that building a strong community provides a safe and solid foundation for lifelong learning. We provide a play-based program based on the interest of each individual child and their family. We love the outdoors and water play. Located just 250 metres from the beautiful Currimundi Beach. Our centre has been caring for children in our community for the over 20 years and we are lucky enough to be seeing second generations of families come through.

**What you’ll need**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)**:

- **1 Year experience in an Educational Leader role - **_**minimum**_
- _**A strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture within our service**_
- Experience in planning and documentation
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards,
- Current and Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

Pay: $27.85 - $39.19 per hour
