We are a small building company based in Rouse Hill and servicing Greater Sydney and seeking a school leaver for a full-time 1st Year Carpentry Apprentice position to join our team.

The business undertakes a wide range of Carpentry Services and the successful applicant will be exposed to a variety of projects. You will be expected to willingly complete tasks in all aspects of carpentry and we are searching for someone who is looking to grow with the business and remain with them on a long term basis after completion of their apprenticeship.

You will be working directly with the business owner who is an experienced tradesman and his offsider, we will support you while you learn your trade on-the-job and through your Trade course. You must be willing to work some overtime on week days and work on the occasional weekend. You will also be required to purchase your own tools over the term of the apprenticeship. An immediate start is available for the right applicant. You must be willing to undergo and pass a drug test as required.

Applicants must:

- Be passionate about working in the Building and Construction industry,
- Be committed to completing Certificate III in Carpentry,
- Be dedicated to the four year Apprenticeship
- Have White Card,
- Must be trustworthy, reliable and hardworking,
- Have a positive attitude and great communication skills,
- Have a high attention to detail,
- Be willing to listen, learn and follow directions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
