We’re seeking an experienced Risk & Automation Specialist to join the team based in North Sydney.
The Risk Reporting & Automation Specialist will develop and maintain automated reporting solutions to support risk identification, tracking, and monitoring across the global Technology division.
So, what’s the job?
You’ll ensure that risk data is accurate, accessible, and actionable through dashboards and KRI reporting. By collaborating with stakeholders, you improve risk visibility, reduce manual reporting, and foster a data-driven risk culture.
You’ll own the GRC automation and reporting function, working autonomously
You’ll design, build, and maintain automated reporting frameworks for technology risk and compliance.
You’ll develop real-time dashboards for KRI monitoring and audit tracking.
You’ll integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to centralize reporting.
You’ll gather and manage reporting requirements, ensuring data quality and consistency.
You’ll automate reporting processes and streamline governance reporting cycles.
You’ll provide insights to support decision-making and identify emerging risks.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting standards and create cohesive solutions across separate systems.
You’ll deliver excellent customer service, manage confidential data, and maintain documentation.
You’ll present reports to stakeholders and help enhance risk reporting through automation.
And what are we looking for?
You’ll have proven experience in risk reporting, automation, data analytics, or governance within a technology or regulated environment.
You’ll be proficient in reporting and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
You’ll have experience with automation tools and languages such as Power Automate, Python, or SQL.
You’ll have a strong understanding of technology risk, controls, KRI frameworks, and governance principles.
You’ll have experience working with GRC platforms and risk management systems.
You’ll possess excellent data analysis, visualization, and presentation skills.
You’ll have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders and regions.
You’ll work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
