This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Senior Manager who will lead the internal implementation, monitoring and oversight of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Safety Framework for Homes Victoria. The role will provide strategic advice and support on cultural matters that span across projects and initiatives delivered by Homes Victoria. The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Safety Framework is a key commitment of the Aboriginal Employment strategy 2016-2012, which aims to position the department as a culturally safe employer of choice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Provide authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and prepare and present detailed reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet, and agency submissions on complex matters.
- Support continuous improvement and ensure alignment to leading practise in the areas of project management and escalating critical risks/exceptions where required.
- Develop policy initiatives that meet government and departmental objectives within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
