**About the role**:
**Administration Officer**to work at our **80-bed Aged Care Facility in Thomas Eccles Gardens, Yass.**This role is to provide efficient and accurate administration support to the Facility Manager and the broader team.

**About you**:

- Experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar health-related organisation
- Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Team player, but also able to work independently
- Resilience and the ability to manage complaints and problem solve
- Above average computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office and experience in CRM systems
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
