RAC Finance (RACF) specialise in market leading finance products and services ranging from personal finance, secured notes and property finance loans. Reporting into the Manager Personal Finance - Processing, you will provide valued services to achieve more for our members by being the liaison between members and our personal finance teams. You will also ensure a delivery of consistent and resource efficient member experience journey. What will you be doing? - Contact members to follow up on outstanding docs, keep them informed and updated on the loan process or their loan progress. - Reviewing documents sent from members to ensure the correct documentation has been sent. - Provide solutions to members by troubleshooting issues throughout the loan process. - Make outbound calls to follow up with members on their loan. - Taking inbound calls and handle loan enquiries. - What are we looking for in you? - Experience in customer service is key - Experience working to KPIs or targets - Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer focus and ability to deliver customer-centric solutions - Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team - Computer literate with sound Microsoft Office skills - What can we offer you?
