**Barista / Console Operator**

In this dual role, you’ll excel in both coffee making and customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to consistently serve great coffee swiftly while delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

**Position Vacancy**:

- casual position, 2-3 shifts per week
- shift times: 5am -12pm, 5am-2pm
- shifts per week: availability from Monday to Sunday
- weekday rates: $35.18/hour weekday (Ages 20+)
- weekend rates: $45.89/hour weekend (Ages 20+)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation
- Keep coffee machines and other equipment clean and in good working order to ensure the quality and efficiency of beverage preparation.
- Operate the console system efficiently to process fuel transactions accurately.
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
- Monitor fuel pumps and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the fuelling area.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience working as a barista in a coffee shop, café, or similar establishment.
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early morning and weekends
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented culture.
