We are seeking a passionate Baker to join our team at Kingston Village with a positive attitude to work in a team to provide excellent baking service.

**About the Role**:

- Ensuring quality of raw materials and appropriate weight of the ingredients;
- Kneading, mixing, dividing, cutting, moulding, and shaping the dough;
- Monitoring the right temperature of the oven and time is per the type of product to be baked;
- Full coordination for the baking process of forming loading, baking, unloading and cooling all bakery items namely bread, rolls and pastry products.
- Icing, glazing buns and pastries and decorating pastry goods
- Knowledge of operating the roller, moulder, prover, cooler and dough divider;
- Operating bakery equipment while adhering to safety protocol;
- Verifying cleanliness, hygiene and proper operation of all equipment before commencing the production process;
- Should ensure compliance with industrial health and safety guidelines;
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues in the bakery while also excelling independently;
- Communicate effectively with bakery manager for bakery needs and assist in ordering and maintaining adequate supplies for baking operations;
- Maintaining production procedures and ensuring all orders are done on time;
- To assist the production manager, achieve budgeted bakery profitability through control of operating expenses;
- Following best safety and sanitary practices while creating baked goods to avoid injury;
- To provide delightful customer service;
- You should take appropriate care on Total Quality Management, ensuring the quality of the product is to Baker’s Delight standard.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Ocean Grove, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
