About the Role:
As a Busy Bees Educator, you will:
- Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for children- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs- Observe, document, and support each child’s unique learning journey- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues- Uphold compliance with national regulations and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Essential Qualifications:
- Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)- Current Working With Children Check (NSW)- First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

What We’re Looking For:
- A deep understanding of child development and learning milestones- Strong communication and teamwork skills- Ability to plan, assess and reflect on engaging learning experiences- A commitment to inclusive, respectful practices- A collaborative spirit and dedication to continuous learning

Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)- Knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS)- Experience working in similar educator roles within early childhood services- Confidence using digital tools for learning documentation and communication
