**About the role**

The Client Care Support will provide administrative assistance to Family Services Australia’s Workforce Australia Services. Position available at Robina as well as Tweed Heads South.

As a member of our Employment Services team, Client Care Support (CCS) will support the team to facilitate and encourage participants to develop and enhance their independence, employment, social and life skills.

Key accountabilities include:

- Prioritise, plan and manage administration and reception tasks
- Provide reporting, data entry and record keeping support

**Essential Criteria**:

- Administrative experience, preferably in a employment service, allied health, or community support environment;
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact well with consumers of a service, including vulnerable children and families;
- Experience working in a high pace customer service environment or an equivalent operating environments;
- Strong proactive problem-solving ability to resolve day to day operational priorities with sustainable solutions;
- Familiarity with or confidence learning new practice management software(s) and essential programs such as Excel, Outlook, and Word;
- Ability to obtain Working with Children’s Check and National Police Check (NPC) clearances; and
- Current unrestricted Driver’s Licence.
