**About the Role**:
Our client is a leading facility management organisation who has been growing their sites a rapid rate across QLD On offer is 6 amazing opportunities for experienced Village Managers who are looking at taking their next step in their careers and provide great outcomes for the camps that they are working in

They offer a highly collaborative working culture in these medium size camps (Meaning you will not be over worked), flexibility on roster arrangements (eg 2:1 or 3:2 ect), career progression on offer as well as everything you may need is included

**Your Day-to-Day Duties (Not Limited) Include**:

- Management of accommodation reservation system
- People Management and Conflict Resolution
- Maintaining HSQE and ISO Quality Assurance Certifications
- High level budgeting, reporting and auditing
- End to end financial / accounts duties
- Liaise with contractors, trades, office staff and senior management daily
- Adhoc management duties as required

**Selection Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a FIFO Village Manager / Site Manager role is a must
- Experience with accommodation packages such as INX, SAMS, RMS (desirable)
- Valid manual drivers' license
- Proven experience in senior administrative and accounts duties
- Two referees who are open to being contacted.
- Strong time management
- Understanding of OHS
