Our client is a leader in load bearing permanent formwork solutions for external and internal concrete walls. For almost 20 years they have been supplying the construction industry with innovative proprietary wall and framing systems. They are looking to expand their existing team and require switched on energetic Forklift Operators to join their Minto operations.

This role will involve forklift operation however some other tasks including machine operation, manual handling, packing and general warehouse work. The role is Monday to Friday, working either 6am-2pm or 9am-5pm
- 6am-2pm shift: Production team - packer operator and operating counterbalance forklift
- 9am-5pm shift: Warehouse team - loading and unloading products using counterbalance forklift

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will be working in a versatile role within the warehouse to assist with the day-to-day manufacturing operations. Other tasks may include:

- Forklift operation
- Loading and unloading products using forklift
- Operating various machines and packing lines
- Ensure machines have the adequate materials available for the shift
- Quality checking and reporting of any defective products
- Feed raw materials to semi-automated machines

**Essential criteria**:

- Strong work ethic
- Forklift license with counterbalance experience
- Available Monday to Friday for day shift hours
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling where required
- Great attention to detail
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work over time when required
- Able to follow written procedures
- Work well in a busy environment
