**About Us**

**The Role**

Our client is looking for a skilled boning room supervisor to join their team based in Cannon Hill.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, direct and supervise employees, including identifying training needs as well as organise/conducting necessary training
- Ensure product complies with customer specifications and that all orders are filled on time and yields are maximised
- Ensure food safety and integrity are given priority
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventative action plans to eliminate customer complaints and non-conformities
- Implement and monitor control procedures for routine operations to prevent or minimise environmental harm and ensure all staff is continually aware of related policies and procedures
- Promote, support, and positively lead safety behaviours and culture
- Conduct regular stop inspections

**Skills/Experience**
- At least three (3) years experience within a boning operation role required
- Knowledge of export meat orders in relation to boning operations
- Demonstrated ability to bone and/or slice at production speed
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
