**UON is currently seeking experienced and motivated Service Mechanic Technician to join our teams on 8:6 DIDO/FIFO ( Perth-Karara DIDO 3 days | Perth
- Telfer FIFO 5 days)**

**For your 8:6 roster, it would be 3 days driving from Malaga to site doing maintenance on site - Perth-Karara DIDO 3 days. On day 3 you would go back to Perth, sleep at home and day 4th you**

**to site -Perth
- Telfer for FIFO 5 days and come back to Perth on day 8. Total 8/6.**

**Skills & Experience**:

- Skills in mechanical fitting/engine maintenance
- Experience working with **diesel engines**:

- Experience working within the mining and resources industry
- Pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
- Customer focused and company orientated
- Hold a current and valid WA manual driver’s license
- HR driver’s licence (desired)
- Mechanical Testing

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Predictive and reactive service, maintenance, and repair of a Power Generation equipment and other UON products as required
- Trouble shooting and provide professional advise as required
- Technical client liaison at various stages of Jobs
- Provide a high level of verbal and written communications to clients
- Adherence to All company policies and procedures, including but not limited to HR, QA, HSE and other relevant systems
