**About Us**
Located in Bayswater this manufacturer of windows and doors has been established for over 50 years and currently looking for a highly determined individual who can take ownership of the day-to-day stock levels and inventory of all production materials.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be involved in liaising with a broad range of building materials from suppliers i.e.: extrusions, glass, rubber, hardware, and components, coordinate stock levels, quality and investigate delivery times in line with business requirements. This role requires you to ensure that all deadlines and production expectations are met with the drive to make all customer order delivered in full and on time.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Maintain appropriate stock and inventory levels of all production materials
- Work with Purchasing Officer to purchase and replenish stock
- Communicate with internal members daily to achieve required outcomes
- Daily monitoring with procurement, stock and supply of materials and goods
- Data enter, receipt, and monitor stock accurately and efficiently in the CRM
- Produce production reports to ensure full support from sales, office to production
- Monitor of daily, weekly and end of month accurate and completed reporting
**Experience & Qualification**
- Exposure within a manufacturing environment, supply chain or warehouse operation
- Implement and streamline manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail, strong process systems and focused on achieving outcomes.
- Experience dealing with local or interstate suppliers
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with the passion and energy to achieve targets
